Congratulations to our Mid-Atlantic Regional Franchisee, Greg Bardell on the signing of the region's first, Unit Franchise. The firm is located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania under the DBA of Realty ONE Group E2P Realty. Expected opening date will be in early December.

Our Franchise Sales team continues to speak with franchise candidates, deliver VIP Tours and is processing Unit Franchise applicants in California, Texas and Florida. Conversations are on-going with Regional Franchise candidates in Florida, New York, California and Nebraska.

New locations coming soon to Conroe, TX and Pasadena, CA. These new franchisees expect to open their offices in September and October.

We are finalizing expansion offices for the following affiliates:

Realty ONE Group United (Marvara Mir) in Downey, CA
Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert (Daniel Collins) in Chino Valley, AZ and Winslow, AZ.
