Started in Las Vegas with a very simple commission model. An UNBrokerage model. In the first 7 months, 250 REALTORS® joined the new company.

As one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, after doubling the number of agents and transactions in ONE year.
2010
Realty ONE Group Expansion to California & Arizona
With a successful and innovative real estate model, the company is ready to grow, acquiring John Hall Associates in Arizona in 2007 and opening the first office in Southern California while growing even stronger in Nevada.
2012
First Realty ONE Group Franchise Sold
Realty ONE Group is in hyper-growth mode and starts a franchise division, selling the first ONE in Temecula, CA.
2016
International Expansion
Realty ONE Group starts operations in Canada after signing 4 provinces. The growth in the USA is unbelievable with 10,000 professionals closing nearly 45K transactions and $15B in sales volume.

Realty ONE Group blows open the doors to international expansion, selling the franchise rights to Spain, Costa Rica and Singapore with more locations planned for 2022.
