In our latest episode, we had the pleasure of hosting Debbie Holloway, real estate & business coach, speaker, and the head of Team Coaching at Tom Ferry International. Debbie shared her wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for real estate, providing unique insights into where we are heading as an industry. With a perspective grounded in years of industry experience, Debbie offered strategic advice for professionals looking to build and sustain a successful real estate business, no matter the market.

You’ll hear it if you listen long enough, but I just want to paraphrase something so simple yet so profound that Debbie shared: “Look at what the good agents are doing and do that. Look at what they aren’t doing, and don’t do that.” It seems so simple, yet you’d be surprised how many people don’t follow it. She emphasized that staying ahead of market trends and continuously updating ONE’s skill set are crucial for long-term success.
