How did your background with startups prepare you for launching a joint venture?Kuba Jewgieniew: Launching a joint venture is essentially starting a new business. Even when you are working with two established entities, your joint venture will operate as something new.

Realty ONE Group recently announced it is already posting year-over-year record numbers in the first two months of 2021, with agent count up 22%, sales volume up 40% and franchise sales up 29%.

Can you share a story about the funniest mistake you made when you were first starting? Can you tell us what lesson you learned from that?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group, and his executive team launched a website that offered coaching and training podcasts, a business planning guide and inspirational messages to the real estate industry.
